National Parks

Thinking about national parks reminds me of the epic road trips my family went on when I was a kid. We would stop at a viewpoint and admire some natural marvel or climb to some rocks under a raging waterfall. There were bison to spot, trails to hike, cultural spots to investigate, and the possibilities were endless. Most of all, we enjoyed amazing moments as a family in some sacred spaces. We may get a lot of things wrong, but this is definitely one of America’s best ideas!
